About the role

Marketer.com is scaling fast, and we're looking for a Head of Customer Success to lead the team that drives customer growth at scale. You'll lead a growing team of customer success managers, own key customer relationships yourself, and set the standard for how we deliver value to our e-commerce customers globally.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a growing Customer Success team

  • Build scalable processes for onboarding, customer engagement, and renewals

  • Establish KPIs and reporting routines for clear portfolio visibility

  • Own strategic customer relationships and drive upsell in the top tier of the portfolio

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Sales on customer insights and growth opportunities

What we're looking for
  • Solid experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B SaaS roles

  • Proven track record of leading and developing teams

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and performance marketing --- you know ROAS, paid media, and the growth levers our customers rely on every day

  • Structured and commercially minded, with the ability to drive renewals and upsell
