Zaptec is looking for a Sourcing Specialist!

As Zaptec’s newSourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in how we collaborate with our production partners and suppliers. You’ll work closely with established partners to ensure smooth sourcing operations, optimal stock levels, and reliable deliveries for our production needs. Acting as an integral part of our supply chain team, you’ll directly influence Zaptec’s operational efficiency and financial performance. Your structured approach, negotiation skills, and proactive mindset will be key to driving continuous improvement and supporting Zaptec’s growth.

• Monitor and forecast demand to keep supply smooth and predictable.

• Conduct sourcing activities and negotiations to secure the best balance between cost, quality, and service level.

• Follow up on supplier performance and agreements to ensure Zaptec’s requirements are met.

• Contribute to the development of sourcing strategies - focusing on inventory optimization, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

• Be a proactive team player who identifies opportunities for efficiency and smarter company spending.

As for the skills required for this job

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or forecasting.

• Bachelor’s degree within finance, supply chain, administration, or law (electronics background is a plus) - or equivalent experience.

• Experience from the electronics industry is beneficial.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
