Eltel designs, builds and maintains the power and communication networks that keep Norway running - from the high-voltage grid down to the street-level connection at your customer's door.

We're looking for newly graduated engineers who want to run real projects from day one.

What you'll do

· Lead power infrastructure projects across your region, from quoting to handover
· Plan and schedule installation work involving both low-voltage (LV) and high-voltage (HV) systems
· Spend real time on site with the crews. Understand the job in the field, not just in the project plan
· Own the commercial side: scope, pricing, change orders, and the customer conversation
· Coordinate subcontractors, materials, HSE and documentation so projects land on time, on budget, and safely
· Build relationships with grid operators, contractors and clients that come back project after project

What success looks like in your first year

· You've delivered your first independent projects safely and within budget
· Your crew and your customers know you, trust you, and pick up the phone when you call
· You're quoting and scoping new work without holding anyone's hand
· You're already the person other new Project Managers come to with questions

What would make you stand out

· Summer jobs or internships with an electrical contractor, utility, or construction company
· Thesis or coursework focused on grid infrastructure, renewables, or HV installations
· Exposure to project economics, tendering, or contract work
· Roots in Bergen, Bodø or Oslo - you plan to stay

What we need from you

· Engineering degree, electrical power, electrotechnology, energy, or related
· Solid grounding in low- and high-voltage systems through your studies, thesis, or internships
· Strong technical understanding paired with commercial instinct
· Hands-on and can-do attitude
· Professional proficiency in Norwegian (or another Scandinavian language) and English is required, as day-to-day work is conducted primarily in Norwegian

· Location: Oslo, Sandefjord or Kristiansand (tell us which in your application)
