We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our Service team---the team behind the experience our customers rely on when they need help. Think support center, ticketing, chat, and FAQs. About The Service TeamThe Service team plays a central role in how our customers experience SuperOffice. We build and improve the tools that help them find answers, request help, and connect with us when they need it most. From smart self-service through FAQs and Help Centers, to seamless experiences with chat and ticketing---this team is all about creating helpful, intuitive solutions that make customer service smooth and stress-free. This team sits partially in Vilnius so traveling occasionally is a part of this role.
You'll be joining a highly collaborative group of Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers who are curious, dedicated, and love solving real user problems.

Own the Backlog: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog for the Service domain, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Drive Sprint Success: Join sprint planning and daily stand-ups to ensure the team is focused and aligned on the most valuable work.

Lead Product Discovery: Help gather feedback, conduct interviews, and explore new ideas with the Product Trio to keep our solutions fresh and relevant.

Build the Roadmap: Contribute to a clear and inspiring roadmap, and make sure the team understands the “why,” “what,” and “how” of the work ahead.

Write Great Stories: Create user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria that meet the Definition of Ready.

Ensure Quality: Help deliver releases that are not only on time but also meet quality and performance standards.

Track Performance: Monitor product metrics and usage to understand what's working and what can be improved.

Balance Priorities: Triage incoming bugs, feature requests, and improvements based on customer impact and business value.

Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, ideally in a SaaS environment.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.

Experience with customer service or support platforms is a big plus.

Fluency in both Norwegian and English
