Back Office Sales Support Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from customers and partners professionally, providing timely and accurate information.
- Identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Prepare and process sales documentation, including quotations and purchase orders.
- Monitor orders, collaborating with logistics and production teams to fulfill customer expectations.
- Update and maintain CRM and ERP systems with relevant data.
- Identify opportunities to optimize internal processes and enhance operational efficiency within back office sales functions.
Required Qualifications and Experience for Sales Back Office Roles
- Experience in sales support, sales administration, or order processing roles in the maritime business is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Norwegian.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is beneficial.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Technical background, preferably with an engineering degree.
- Interest in technical solutions and finding the optimal solution for the customer.
