Are you our new HR-Tech Administrator?
We are looking for an administrative resource with a strong drive and a big interest in IT to join our HR Tech Team. You will ensure the quality of our HR data and contribute to thinking creatively about the digitization of existing tasks.

Kongsberg Defence and Aerospace AS is an international supplier of defense and aerospace-related systems. Our products are in space and hundreds of meters below sea level. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and training within the organization.
• Ensure the quality of HR data in the company.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
• Ensure accurate and precise reporting in accordance with corporate requirements.
• Collaborate across disciplines, particularly with KONGSBERG IT.

• Higher education in HR, IT, or a relevant field; relevant experience can compensate for the lack of formal qualifications.
• Experience with HR systems in an international company is an advantage.
• Interest in new technologies such as AI and BI tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).

• Analytical, structured, and result-oriented, with an eye for details and the ability to see the big picture.
• Ability to understand digital issues and simultaneously identify potential solutions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and deliver to deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in both Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

We are looking for someone who will act as the link between HR, payroll, and IT and can identify and implement technological solutions that contribute to streamline HR processes and services.
