We're looking for Cost Controller

We are looking for Cost Controllers located in Bergen or the surrounding area, or candidates who are willing to relocate to Bergen. The role is site-based and requires presence at the project location; shift or rotation work is therefore not applicable.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and follow-up of project budgets
• Monitor project costs and progress
• Analyze direct and indirect site costs
• Support monthly and periodic financial reporting
• Follow up differences between planned and actual costs
• Work together with engineering, production and procurement teams
• Help evaluate project activities in financial terms
• Assist with change orders and project variations
• Prepare cost control reports for project management

• Contribute to improving cost control processes and tools

   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
  • Civil Engineering
  • Geotechnical Engineering
  • Infrastructure Engineering
  • or similar technical background
• Interest in project cost control and financial analysis
• Basic understanding of construction or infrastructure projects
• Good Excel skills
• Knowledge of financial or accounting tools
• Good English communication skills

• Italian language skills are a plus, but not required

• Curious and willing to learn
