About the role

As a Senior Publisher, you will ensure high-quality, consistent, and efficient product content across the Nordic markets. A key part of your role will be to support language review and adaptation of product content to maintain accuracy and cultural relevance. You will mentor your publishing team, optimize workflows, and leverage AI tools to scale content creation and localisation.

We are hiring several Senior Publishers in Oslo. Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) is required to support language review and adaptation for the Nordic markets.

Key responsibilities
  • Own quality, structure, and consistency across assigned product categories

  • Act as a key bridge between stakeholders and the publishing team

  • Support and guide a group of publishers in their daily work

  • Ensure efficient workflows and adherence to templates, guidelines, and best practices

  • Perform and oversee quality assurance of product content

  • Support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team

  • Identify and drive improvements in workflows, tools, and AI-supported processes

  • Work closely with the team to continuously evaluate and improve how AI is used in content creation, localisation, and workflows

  • Prioritise tasks when necessary to ensure timely delivery

  • Escalate deviations, bottlenecks, or emerging issues to relevant stakeholders

  • Surface risks or process gaps proactively and contribute to corrective actions.

  • Contribute hands-on to publishing and localisation tasks

Profile
  • Relevant education within e-commerce, marketing, communication, or similar

  • 2 -- 4+ years of experience within e-commerce, content, publishing, or similar

  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, quality-driven mindset

  • Experience working with content, product data, or publishing workflows

  • Comfortable supporting and guiding others in a team setting

  • Comfortable working with digital tools (CMS/PIM experience is a plus)

  • Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish)

  • Strong interest in AI tools and how they can improve content creation and workflows

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Language skills

All applicants must be fluent in English, as English is our company’s common working language.

In addition, applicants must be fluent in at least one Nordic language: Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian.

Work location

This role is based in Oslo and involves working closely with one of our leading Nordic retail clients, with a minimum of 3 days on-site.

Salary range

NOK 550 000 - 600 000 per year

Employment terms

Fixed-term employment (12 months), connected to a specific project, with an expected start date in May or June. Interviews are ongoing.
