Duration: Asap - until 31.12.2025, with possible extension of contract

Arbeidsoppgaver

• Perform review and familiarization of contract documents and Clients LCI requirements
• Ensure a timely and co-ordinated execution of the identified LCI activities
• Monitor performance of LCI work in project organization
• Assist PE in BCM and LCI kick-off with suppliers
• Verify supplier document requirement list and supplier document list
• Assist in verification of suppliers final documentation
• Verify LCI handover prior to Ready for Commissioning/Ready for Operation (RFC/RFO)
• Ensure correct transfers to Client databases
• Provide reporting of LCI progress against LCI milestones (RFC/RFO)
• Verify Final LCI deliverables prior to handover to Client.
• Follow up technical clarifications
• Data Quality, check, assist and guide the discipline

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

• Experience - Min. 2 years in the oil and gas industry
• A good technical understanding is an advantage for comprehending complex technical documents and issues.
• Experience with document control systems and processes is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with the principles and processes of Life Cycle Information (LCI) is desirable.
• Language skills: Good English and Norwegian proficiency, both written and spoken, is often necessary in international projects.
• Accurate and has a structured approach to tasks and documentation.
• Works well in a team and across different disciplines to ensure a holistic LCI process.
