Optime, a Halliburton Service, is hiring System Engineers for customer-specific subsea completion and intervention projects, working with the next generation subsea systems such as the eROCS and eSCILS.
In this role, you are responsible for the technical execution, system definition, and integration of assigned projects. You ensure that customer requirements are correctly translated into engineered systems and that delivered equipment performs as intended.

What You'll Do:
You will lead the technical execution of customer-specific subsea system projects from requirements definition through integration, testing, and delivery.

You will:
  • Attain technical leadership for one or multiple customer projects

  • Translate customer, contractual, and product requirements into system-level technical definitions

  • Define and maintain system requirements, interfaces, and functional behavior for project deliveries

  • Lead multidisciplinary engineering efforts across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronics, and software domains

  • Ensure alignment between customer requirements, internal product capabilities, and supplier deliverables

  • Identify and manage technical risk within project scope

  • Drive system integration, verification, and qualification activities for project deliveries

  • Support production, assembly, testing, and offshore readiness

  • Act as the primary technical interface toward project management, engineering teams, suppliers, and customers

What We're Looking For:
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Cybernetics, Mechatronics, or equivalent)

  • Strong experience in subsea oil and gas systems or equivalent high-consequence engineering environments. Experience within completion and intervention is a plus.

  • Experience leading technical work within multidisciplinary engineering projects

  • Experience with system integration and technical coordination across engineering domains

  • Strong understanding of engineering lifecycle from requirements through testing and delivery

  • Ability to identify and manage technical risk in project environments
