Why this role exists
Sensor Globe is redefining how the aquaculture industry understands fish handling. Our award-winning sensor technology gives farmers real-time visibility during the most critical and stressful moments in production crowding, transfers, and treatments, turning guesswork into data-driven action.
We’re growing fast. Our sensors are already trusted by some of the largest farming companies in Norway and the demand for hands-on, customer-facing support has never been greater. We need someone who can bridge the gap between the farm and our platform, someone who is just as comfortable standing on a barge in a fjord as they are building a report that drives better decision-making. This is where you come in.
Your mission
As our Customer Success Lead you will work in field and with insights. You’ll be the connective tissue between our technology and the people who use it every day.
You won’t just support customers; you’ll champion them.
-
Be the face of Sensor Globe on-site: Travel along the Norwegian coast to deploy sensors, run training sessions, and onboard new farming teams. You’ll know these farms by name.
-
Turn field experience into product insight: Bring the voice of the farmer back to our product team. What’s working? What’s missing? What should we build next?
-
Own the customer relationship: From first contact to renewal, build trust and proactively solve problems before they escalate. Your customers should feel like they have an unfair advantage.
-
Make data meaningful: Help customers interpret sensor data, build reports, and translate numbers into operational decisions that improve fish welfare and reduce mortality.
-
Build the playbook: We’re scaling fast. You’ll help define how customer success works at Sensor Globe. The processes, the tools, the culture.
Who you are
We hire for energy and curiosity above all. If you have the drive, we’ll help you build the rest. Here’s what sets the ideal candidate apart.
The essentials:-
Energetic, self-driven, and eager to learn
-
Background in aquaculture (studies, internships, or hands-on work)
-
Comfortable on the water; you’ve worked on or around farms
-
Strong communicator who builds trust fast
-
Fluent in Norwegian and English
-
Driver’s licence and willingness to travel the coast
-
Comfortable working with data and reporting tools
-
Experience with sensor technology or precision farming tools
-
Familiarity with data platforms, dashboards, or analytics
-
Experience building customer success processes from scratch
-
Based in Bergen or the western coast
