As the Housekeeping Manager of Comfort Hotel Trondheim, you're managing a team of 18 people - a diverse team working seven days a week, 52 weeks a year.

Your to-do-list as a Comfort Housekeeping Manager:

• Welcome guests with a friendly, no-nonsense approach, setting the tone for a great stay
• “Keeping house” according to the Comfort Housekeeping Manual
• Making sure we have 100% room capacity every day, all year round - honoring our guaranteed check-in time.
• Keep the hotel clean and tidy, buzzing with energy and positivity, working closely with colleagues to maintain Comfort’s effortless, urban vibe
• Support your team with everything they need to do all of the above - always following the Comfort rules and keeping our guest promise
• HSE, inventory management, purchase and supplier loyalty, chemical and waste management, budget control and keeping a balanced scoreboard to make sure the department runs profitably and sustainable
• Bring sustainability into everything we do, helping us be a responsible player

As a Manager at Comfort Hotel, you need to be proficient in both English and Norwegian. Additional language skills may be beneficial to your application.
