We’re looking for a structured and service-minded Office Administrator who enjoys a varied workday and being the go-to person in a busy office environment.

In this role, you’ll play a central part in our daily operations and support functions -- from internal communication and event planning to HR administration and recruitment assistance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the switchboard and handling mail

• Internal communication (intranet, info screens, email)

• Ordering of office supplies

• Organizing celebrations and employee gifts

• Administering reimbursements and canteen arrangements

• Planning and administration of meetings and catering needs

• Planning events like our annual Kick-off

• HR Support, such as recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding tasks and supporting our HRM system (Workday)

• And overall being the go-to person for the daily operations of the office

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is independent, organized, and solution-oriented

• Has strong collaboration skills and enjoys helping others

• Has experience from a similar role

• Is fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
