With a strong global retail and eCommerce presence, we're investing in technology and innovation to elevate our customer experiences across every channel. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing digital team in O slo and help drive key eCommerce and omnichannel initiatives forward.
As a Project Manager -- eCommerce & Omnichannel, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across our digital commerce platforms and retail touchpoints. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in technology, digital, marketing, retail operations, and supply chain to deliver initiatives that strengthen our omnichannel capabilities, streamline user experiences, and support business growth in both online and in-store channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, manage, and deliver eCommerce and omnichannel technology projects in line with business goals and timelines.
- Coordinate stakeholders from IT, digital, retail, and 3rd-party vendors to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum or hybrid) to organize sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure incremental progress.
- Track and report on project budgets, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management in a timely manner and lead issue triage to resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams on key initiatives such as:

- Site enhancements and new eCommerce features
- OMS and fulfillment improvements
- Customer experience upgrades
- Backend integrations with ERP, PIM, CRM, and POS
- Ensure effective communication across business and technical teams to keep projects on track.
- Support rollout planning, training coordination, and post-launch optimization.
- Experience working with global brands and international project teams.
Department: IT
Reports To: Sr.Director, Digital Technology
- 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3+ years in eCommerce or retail tech projects.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel commerce, including online order flows, fulfillment, customer journeys, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Agile practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional delivery.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Working experience in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel tools.
- Fluent in English (Norwegian proficiency is a plus).
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus, or custom-built solutions).
- Familiarity with OMS, POS, or middleware/integration platforms.
- Certifications in Scrum or PMP.
