Ensure that the work which is carried out fulfills the department plans and procedures

Responsible for document management in individual project or contract

Ensure that colleagues have good understanding regarding routines and tasks performed for various disciplines

Responsible for all incoming and outgoing deliveries which go through document control

Responsible for the establishment of electronic archive in internal document control tool

Be familiar with eventual electronic client systems

Responsible for handling all engineering and supplier documentation

Responsible for internal and external reporting of technical documentation

Enter the actual work instructions and ensure that they are complied with

Registration and follow-up of both Supplier & Engineering documentation

Advise project personnel of the document management requirements

Document progress reporting

Follow-up of Supplier document deliveries

Relevant formal, higher education

Long experience may compensate for the lack of higher education

Minimum 5 years of relevant project related experience within the oil and gas industry

Good communication

Systematic, accurate and independent

Proactive, service minded, seeking advise from others and share own experiences with group

Use of MS Office standard software

English language written and spoken

Knowledge of ProArc and PIMS DC
