Benteler Automotive Raufoss AS is seeking an engaged and experiencedSupply Chain Managerto strengthen our position in advanced automotive component production. With approximately 500 employees and an annual turnover of 2.5 billion NOK, Benteler Raufoss is known for its advanced technology and strong focus on sustainability.

We are looking for someone who will lead and optimize our supply chain during a period of significant investment in development and technological automation. At Benteler Automotive in Raufoss, you will have the opportunity to work in a cutting-edge and automated production environment, where innovation and continuous improvement are at the forefront.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor effective supply chain strategies to optimize operations.

• Lead and coordinate the supply chain from procurement to delivery.

• Fully utilize digital tools to improve inventory management and capacity planning.

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of 35 employees to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.

• Analyze and present key results to management, focusing on operational continuous improvements.

• Establish strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure optimal resource utilization.

• Develop and streamline internal logistics.

• Measure and report KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

• Actively participate in the development and collaboration to optimize the supply chain within Benteler's Aluminium Automotive international cluster.

Desired Background:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or relevant practice.

• Relevant experience from the automotive industry or other advanced production industries, with a focus on supply chain optimization and efficiency.

• Relevant professional background in logistics, management, and economics.

• Operational interest in and experience with supply chain and improvement work.

• Knowledge and experience in improvement work and Lean within the automotive industry.

• Documented experience with results and concrete examples from similar roles.

• Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.

• Proficiency in Scandinavian language and English, both written and spoken.

Personal Qualities:

• Ability to see each employee and have a motivating and driving leadership style.

• Robustness with a good ability to handle stress and thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
