Vi skal gjennom en digital transformasjon med fokus på datadrevne endringer, og IT-avdelingen vil være knutepunktet for både valg og bruk av ny teknologi i bedriften.

For å lykkes i digitaliseringsarbeidet kreves stor grad av prosjektarbeid og samhandling i tverrfaglige team med deltakere fra ulike områder i bedriften. Som IT-Sjef vil du ha en sentral rolle som eier og samlende kraft for digitaliseringsprosjektet i Rana Gruber. Fokus vil være forbedring og effektivisering gjennom datadrevne løsninger, med høy grad av samhandling og arbeid i agile tverrfaglige team med medlemmer fra de ulike produksjonsenhetene.

IT-avdelingen består av fire faste ansatte og en lærling, som tilsammen har et bredt ansvarsområde for oppfølgning av IT-drift og helpdesk, sikkerhet og utvikling. Det vil også være en del leverandøroppfølging forbundet med områder innen IT-drift som er outscourced, for å frigjøre tid til utviklingsarbeid.

Do you want to lead the department that will digitize Rana Gruber? We are now looking for an IT manager who is passionate about creating development through interdisciplinary teams

The current head of IT is moving to a new position internally, and in that connection we are looking for his successor. Rana Gruber is growing, and is in the process of becoming even more professional through new equipment and the choice of new technology. We are going through a digital transformation with a focus on data-driven changes, and the IT department will be the hub for both the selection and use of new technology in the company.

To be successful in the digitization work, a large degree of project work and interaction in interdisciplinary teams with participants from different areas of the company is required. As IT Manager, you will have a central role as owner and unifying force for the digitization project at Rana Gruber. The focus will be improvement and efficiency through data-driven solutions, with a high degree of interaction and work in agile interdisciplinary teams with members from the various production units.

The IT department consists of four permanent employees and an apprentice, who together have a broad area of responsibility for monitoring IT operations and the help desk, security and development. There will also be some supplier follow-up associated with areas within IT operations that are outsourced, in order to free up time for development work.
