  • Proven experience as a chef, preferebally with experience fromAsian cuisine or fusion restaurants.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional food and service.

Arbeidsoppgaver

Your job as a chef means that you will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible food quality in our restaurants. While ensuring top food quality your job will also be to create a friendly and cooperative work environment. Your day to day work will include:

  • Ensuring that all food served is in accordance with Swift by Sumo's standard in terms of taste, quality, appearance, temperature and quantity.

  • Make sure that all food served has been handled, stored and served in accordance with food safety regulations and that all deviations are documented after requirements set by internal food safety regulations routines.

  • Complete the training plan and perform the work accordingly.

  • Actively contribute to a good working environment and show respect for all employees at Swift by Sumo.

  • Perform the job in line with Swift by Sumo's values
