• Detailed design of instrumentation tasks.
• Participate in studies.
• Estimate instrumentation tasks.
• Prepare job packages and follow up on deliveries.
• Discipline check of design basis (studies, drawings, and job packages).
• Follow up with suppliers, package responsibility.
• Participate in pre-test/FAT at the supplier.
• Participate in inspections onshore/offshore.
• Able to take on training responsibilities for new engineers.
• Perform as built.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instrumentation/Automation Hardware.
• Alternatively , a Technical College degree with extensive experience (min 10-12+ years ) in Engineering projects on the NorwegianOil and Gas industry

Required Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in offshore-related projects from NCS.
• Strong experience in engineering design.
• Good knowledge of standards such as ATEX, Norsok, Equinor TR (Technical Requirements), STID, ProCoSys, ARIS.
• Extensive knowledge of modifications on operational offshore installations (VEM/M&M) from Norway
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation used in the oil industry.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems.

Required courses and certificates:

• Valid offshore and health certificate
• Basic EX courses
• FSE high and low voltage with first aid

Duration

• 1 year from start-up
• Preferable start 01.10.25/ASAP

Work location

• Bergen, 5 days week
• One role is based in Bergen, but will require presence in Kollsnes when needed.
