Seeking an experienced and proactive HSEQ Advisor to join our team!

Føn Energy Services (Føn) is an independent service provider to the offshore wind industry and other energy sectors. Føn comes with unmatched industrial backing from Akastor (Aker), The IKM Group and DISA International which allows us to set aggressive growth targets and offer our clients the highest quality of services. Føn currently employs 110 people and is present in Oslo, Stavanger, Ijmuiden / Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Esbjerg, UK and Taiwan.

We are experiencing an increased demand for our services across both traditional energy and offshore wind and are looking to expand our HSEQ team The role will play a key part in overseeing the development and implementation of the management system, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and implementing lean methodology. The role will also play a key part in expanding our sustainability strategy.

The position is based in Stavanger and remote working solutions will not be considered.

Professional Experience / Qualifications

• Relevant experience: Preferably 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• Subject matter expertise: Knowledge of HSEQ and Sustainability regulatory standards and requirements.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex financial information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
