Role Overview
Pecus AS is looking for a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Driver with strong experience in volume-based loading . If you're known for being a true "tetris builder" -someone who can organize and optimize cargo space with precision-we want to hear from you.
You must have 3+ years of loading experience and a proven track record operating T4 trucks , ideally with forklift licenses T1-T4. This is a long-term role with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and secure side loading of goods
• Operate forklifts (primarily T4 trucks) with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensure safe handling, stacking, and volume optimization of cargo
• Contribute to a smooth workflow in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Collaborate with a diverse team while maintaining high safety standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift license T1-T4
• Minimum 3 years of experience with loading tasks
• Ability to communicate in English or a Scandinavian language
• Strong spatial awareness and understanding of volume-based loading

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

• Valid driving license
• Access to your own car
