What you’ll be doingAs Chief Commercial Officer at Skyfri, you will take full ownership of our global commercial strategy, ensuring that we expand our market share, build strong customer relationships, and drive top-line growth. You will lead the sales, marketing, and customer success functions across international markets and help position Skyfri as a leading provider of digital solutions in the renewable energy sector.
In this role, you will be
- Developing and executing a global sales and commercial strategy that aligns with our business goals and growth targets.
- Driving revenue growth by leveraging your deep understanding the renewable energy sector and relevant energy markets.
- Building and leading a high-performing commercial team covering sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer experience.
- Serving as a subject matter expert in industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Owning key enterprise-level client relationships and major deals across strategic markets.
- Collaborating closely with the executive team to ensure commercial decisions are aligned with product development and corporate objectives.
- Representing Skyfri at global industry events, conferences, and in key customer engagements.

In addition, we need you to:
- Be fluent in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish).
- Live in or in commuting distance to Oslo, Norway.
- Have a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have extensive industry knowledge and a proven track record of commercial success, ideally in IoT, energy tech, industrial automation, or other complex B2B environments.
- Bring experience designing and scaling B2B sales strategies in high-growth companies or international markets.
- 8+ years of experience leading sales teams, with personnel and strategic responsibility.
