About the Role

• Do you want to work with a market-leading and modern product portfolio designed for the next generation of card solutions? Do you have experience in project management and additionally a strong understanding of financial services? Do you enjoy working closely with customers to ensure successful deliveries and implementations?

• As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of our solution. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions, collaborating with customers to streamline their processes, and secure the best possible value from our system and processes. In this role, you will:

• Be part of a project management team of 16 experienced project managers enjoying the combined knowledge and support of helpful colleagues.

• Manage the implementation and delivery of our solutions.

• Work closely with customers to plan and coordinate projects, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of the system.

• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers improve their processes and maximize the value of our solutions.

We are looking for someone with:

• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within IT solutions, finance, or the public sector.

• Strong knowledge of financial services is a plus

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Structured and proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.

• Good understanding of PMP or PRINCE2 Agile.

• Proficiency in waterfall project management methodologies.

• As a person, you are an engaged team player who enjoys working with customers, driving projects forward, and ensuring high-quality deliveries.

• You are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role that combines both independent work and collaboration with colleagues and customers.
