About the role

As Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth, efficient and high-quality kitchen operation. You’ll lead by example in both prep and service, support your teammates, and maintain high culinary and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the kitchen team during shifts

• Ensure recipes, plating, and standards are followed

• Maintain high hygiene levels (IK-mat/HACCP)

• Coach and correct when needed -- with a supportive attitude

• Be a part of daily planning and team development

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has minimum 2 years of kitchen experience (leadership experience is a plus, but not required!)

• Speaks and understands English

• Is structured, positive and dependable

• Wants to grow as a leader and help others succeed

• Has a clear “Yes I can!” mindset
