As an Integrated Operations Engineer, you will be part of our Integrated Operations Center (IOC), providing remote, real-time support for well operations at rig sites. Your main responsibility will be to enhance service delivery performance and support both internal and external operational processes.

We currently have an open engagement as Integrated Operations Engineer. Join us in this exciting position working in IOC on a shift-based fixed rotation, giving remote support to Interwell well operations.

We are primarily looking for someone with offshore experience, but all candidates with relevant background/expertise will be evaluated.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and support Interwell (IW) Integrated Operations (IO), as part of the 24/7 rotation IOC Team based onshore in Stavanger

  • Planning of IO jobs and preparation/QC of IW downhole equipment

  • Check, prepare and approve IO procedures and checklists

  • Operational support and log analysis for IW tools

  • Follow up customer/3rd party through installation phase of IW equipment

  • Daily reporting of IO operations and activity

  • Report experience/non-conformance

  • Update run records and post job documentation

  • Be pro-active in learning about current and new IW products

  • Complete job reports/installation drawings after installation

  • Approval of equipment that is installed/run offshore

  • Collaborate with several internal stakeholders, in a rapidly dynamic environment

Job requirements:
  • Technical college education or other relevant education/experience

  • Relevant field experience within the following is preferred, though candidates with technical workshop experience or equivalent may also be considered:

    • Wireline/s-line

    • Fishing operations

    • Well intervention

    • Plug operations

    • Drilling

  • The position follows a fixed 3-shift rotation over a 6-week cycle. Candidates must reside locally and be available to work in the IOC across all shifts, including daytime, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
