We’re now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspector to join our team. What You’ll Do

As an NDT Inspector at Aero Norway, you’ll help ensure the safety and reliability of aircraft components. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with NDT inspections using methods such as Eddy Current (ECI), Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), and Fluorescent Penetrant (PT) testing.
• Learning to interpret test results and contribute to inspection reports under the guidance of senior inspectors.
• Collaborating with inspection and maintenance teams to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

What We’re Looking For

We’re open to candidates who are still building their experience but have a strong interest in aviation and a commitment to quality. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Basic knowledge or training in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), with a willingness to pursue certification (Level II) in accordance with EN4179 and NAS-410 standards.
• Some hands-on experience in technical or mechanical roles---aviation experience is a plus but not required.
• A keen eye for detail, a safety-first mindset, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read technical documents such as blueprints or structural repair manuals accurately.
• Strong computer skills for report writing/documentation purposes are essential.
