As a Graduate in Aibel , you will receive permanent employment from day one , and shortly after joining, most graduates are mobilized directly into a project. In this role, you will be involved in real project work from the start, collaborating across disciplines, contributing to sustainable energy solutions and taking part in a supportive professional environment designed to accelerate your development.

About the position

We are looking for eager graduates for various positions within Engineering, IT, Corporate and Commercial disciplines. You will support ongoing projects and contribute to analyses, coordination, design input, digital collaboration, and continuous improvement of work processes. The role involves close interaction with multidisciplinary teams and provides opportunities to learn from experts across Aibel’s broad portfolio. Diversity is essential to us, and we welcome candidates with a wide range of skills, backgrounds and perspectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  • Technical College with certificate of apprenticeship

  • Strong interest in the energy sector and sustainable solutions

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and in cross‑disciplinary teams
