About the position

We are looking for eager graduates for various positions within Engineering, IT, Corporate and Commercial disciplines. You will support ongoing projects and contribute to analyses, coordination, design input, digital collaboration, and continuous improvement of work processes. The role involves close interaction with multidisciplinary teams and provides opportunities to learn from experts across Aibel’s broad portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• Technical College with certificate of apprenticeship

• Strong interest in the energy sector and sustainable solutions

• Good communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently and in cross‑disciplinary teams
