Are you passionate about the ocean, innovation, and improving fish welfare? At Sensor Globe, we’re building advanced sensor technology and data analytics to give aquaculture operators real-time insight into fish welfare during critical events like crowding, transport and handling. Our mission is simple but ambitious: reduce fish stress, promote sustainable practices, and make a lasting impact on the seafood industry and ocean ecosystems.
With teams in Norway and Canada, we are a small but growing company deeply embedded in the aquaculture community and are now searching for our Sales Manager. We collaborate with some of the world’s largest salmon producers and regularly participate in industry events. We’re now looking for a key team member in Norway to help drive growth, represent our company to farmers and partners, and contribute directly to product development.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll do more than lead sales, you’ll help build a company and a transformative technology redefining fish welfare. You’ll grow our presence in Norway’s aquaculture market, forging trusted relationships with farmers and turning complex features into practical value through demos, dialogue, and collaboration.
Farm-level experience in salmon farming is a strong asset, helping you understand customer challenges and tailor solutions effectively. You’ll shape growth strategies, uncover new opportunities, and represent Sensor Globe at key industry events.
This is a rare opportunity to join early, influence culture, and drive innovation that supports healthier fish and more sustainable farming worldwide.
