Test Tekniker / Test Technician

En spennende mulighet har dukket opp hos oss i Kongsberg Discovery som Test Tekniker. I denne rollen vil du i hovedsak jobbe med test av våre hydroakustiske undervannssensorer. Sensorene opererer i krevende omgivelser på store dybder og våre kunder forventer kvalitet i verdensklasse, dermed må alle produktene gjennom grundige testprosedyrer.

Hovedoppgaven som Test Tekniker vil være å utføre tester og sikre at produktene oppfyller nødvendige kvalitetsstandarder, samt rapportere og følge opp eventuelle avvik som avdekkes. For dette arbeidet er vi på jakt etter deg som er lærevillig, strukturert, og har høyt fokus på kvalitet. Du vil bli en del av et engasjert, teknisk kompetent og kvalitetsbevisst team.

Viktige ansvarsområder

• Test og kontroll av bedriftens ekkolodd og sonarer
• Samarbeid med utviklingsavdelingen i utviklingsprosessen av neste generasjons sensorer
• Bidra til kontinuerlig forbedring innen HMS og prosess
• Kommunikasjon rundt funn, avvik og forbedringsmuligheter med blant annet teamleder, produkteiere og prosjektledere

 

Kvalifikasjoner og erfaring

• Teknisk fagskole, eventuelt relevant fagbrev (produksjonselektroniker, IT, elektriker eller lignende).  Relevant arbeidserfaring eller personlige egenskaper kan kompensere for manglende formell kompetanse.
• Erfaring fra produksjon, testing, service/reparasjon eller lignende.
• Gode kommunikasjonsevner på norsk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig
• Kommunikasjon rundt funn, avvik og forbedringsmuligheter med teamleder, produkteiere og andre Kongsberg-ansatte

An exciting opportunity has arisen for us at Kongsberg Discovery as a Test Technician. In this role, you will mainly work with testing our hydroacoustic underwater sensors. The sensors operate in demanding environments at great depths and our customers expect world-class quality, so all products must go through thorough test procedures.

The main task as  a Test Technician will be to perform tests and ensure that the products meet the necessary quality standards, as well as report and follow up on any deviations that are uncovered. For this work, we are looking for you who are willing to learn, structured, and have a high focus on quality. You will be part of a committed, technically competent and quality-conscious team.

Key responsibilities

• Test and control of the company's sonar and sonars
• Collaborate with the development department in the development of next-generation sensors
• Contribute to continuous improvement in HSE and process
• Communication about findings, deviations and improvement opportunities with, among others, team leaders, product owners and project managers
  
  

Qualifications and experience

• Technical vocational school, possibly relevant trade certificate (production electronics, IT, electrician or similar).  Relevant work experience or personal qualities can compensate for a lack of formal competence.
• Experience from production, testing, service/repair or similar.
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and oral
• Communication about findings, nonconformities and improvement opportunities with team leaders, product owners and other Kongsberg employees
