Cheffelo is seeking a UX Designer to join our innovative tech team in Oslo.

You´ll join a newly formed, hands-on UX team in Oslo, where you´ll play a central role in shaping the way we think and work with design. You´ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers and other designers, and be trusted to take ownership of projects from idea to implementation.

What you´ll do

• Lead end-to-end UX processes - from discovery and user research to design, testing and final hand-off
• Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity design solutions
• Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and inclusive experiences
• Help shape internal design processes, tools and collaboration methods
• Analyse user behaviour, feedback and data to continuously improve our products
• Bring new ideas to the table, and stay up to date on UX best practices and tools

Who you are

• You bring 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a digital product designer
• You´re confident in Figma and other standard tools, from early sketch to pixel perfection
• You´re experienced in conducting research, gathering insights, and designing with users in mind
• You enjoy collaborating, giving and receiving feedback, and explaining design decisions clearly
• You have a portfolio that demonstrates your UX thinking, craft, and problem-solving approach
• Experience with e-commerce, subscription services or internal tooling is a plus
• You´re fluent in English - a Scandinavian language is a bonus
