Ægir BreweryPub is looking for passionate and reliable waiters and waitresses to join our team for the Summer 2026 season.

As a waiter/waitress at Ægir BreweryPub, you will be an important part of a professional and fast-paced service team. You will work closely with the restaurant management, and kitchen to ensure high service standards, smooth daily operations, and a positive working environment.

Located in the heart of Flåm, Ægir is a lively and well-known destination, combining Nordic-inspired food, craft beer, and a warm atmosphere for guests from all over the world. Summer is our high season, and we are now building a strong, motivated service team to deliver high-quality guest experiences every day.

We are looking for someone who

• Is over 20 years old (due to alcohol service regulations)

• Has relevant experience

• Speaks English and/or a Scandinavian language

• Is outgoing, engaged, and service-minded with a positive attitude

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is hardworking and flexible

• Is able to work day, evening, and weekend shifts according to a schedule

• Has valid work permit in Norway (EU-citizens only)

Your responsibilities will include

• Serve lunch and dinner for groups and individual guests

• Work with the cash register system

• Handle table reservations

• Prepare and assist with events

Accommodation

The company offers staff accommodation to our team members. Rooms may be private or shared, depending on availability. Common areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas are shared with colleagues. Living in staff accommodation is a social and multicultural experience. We are therefore looking for people who are respectful, tolerant, patient, and cooperative, and who feel comfortable sharing spaces and everyday routines with others.

This type of accommodation is best suited for those who enjoy a community-style living environment. Rent is deducted directly from your salary and includes electricity, internet and bed linens.
