Vard Interiors is looking for a proactive Project Controller to strengthen our team. As a Project Controller in Vard Interiors you will have an important role in ensuring quality and efficiency in the preparation of project forecasts, analyses and reporting. The position collaborates crosswise and we see this as an opportunity to influence, improve and ensure quality in the project's financial execution. The position reports to Financial Manager.
Main responsibilities
- Prepare budgets and forecasts within specific projects in close collaboration with project manager
- Assist Project Manager with commercial aspects of the contract, including variation orders
- Periodic consolidation of full life forecasts of the contracts
- Identify opportunities of improvements and follow up
- Prepare analyses of financial project data
- Secure billing/payment milestones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree within Finance. Experience might replace part of formal education
- 3-5 years of experience is an advantage, but not an absolute requirement
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and experience related to the accountability and tasks
- Excellent knowledge of the main IT tools, in particular the MS office package
- Good knowledge of English, oral and written
