On behalf of a leading company in the energy and offshore industry, we are seeking an experienced Senior Instrument Engineer. The role involves working with advanced instrumentation solutions in HVDC and HVAC offshore wind projects, including new modules and brownfield modifications. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to contribute in early project phases and potentially continue into later execution stages.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify design deliverables from earlier project phases on HVDC or HVAC offshore wind projects

  • Perform studies or FEED activities related to new module developments and brownfield adaptations

  • Develop philosophies, strategies, and measurement solutions to the required level of detail

  • Prepare technical specifications and documentation for ITT packages

  • Participate in and facilitate meetings, workshops, and discipline reviews

  • Opportunity to continue into later project phases

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Cooperative working attitude and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team

  • Systematic and accurate, with strong adherence to deadlines and quality requirements

  • Proactive mindset, willing to seek advice and share knowledge with others

Required Certificates:

  • Valid Ex Training

  • Valid FSE Training

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with field instrumentation design, measurement solutions, and related responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of instrumentation design according to relevant standards

  • Experience from early-phase/conceptual instrumentation design

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Technical College Diploma in a relevant field
