Digital Banking & Savings is looking for Backend Engineers to join our DevOps teams. We build and operate the core banking services - payments, accounts, savings, budgets and spending - that our customers depend on daily.

Our teams are cross-functional, consisting of client-side andserver-side Engineers , UI/UX Designers , Product Owners , and Subject Matter Experts. We work in short iterations, shipping often and adapting quickly.

**What will your day look like?**The team takes full ownership of the delivery of its products and services, from ideation and design to development, testing, and production deployment. Together with the team, your main responsibility will be to build and maintain the server-side services that power our mobile and online bank while delivering quality code with the security standards required for banking.

For day-to-day operations, reviewing and resolving incidents is part of our normal workflow, finding solutions for real problems for our customers. You'll collaborate closely with your team to ship products that make a real difference for our customers.

**What kind of developer are we looking for?**We're looking for a curious problem solver who communicates clearly and thrives on continuous learning. You share your knowledge and experience with the team, and you're equally open to learning from others. You are confident in turning high-level direction into maintainable, reliable, and scalable solutions and establish patterns and conventions for the team. In addition, you think customer-first, always considering how your work impacts the end user.

You're comfortable in a high-paced environment, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities. At the same time, you challenge the status quo and bring new ideas to the team.

We're looking for a developer with 5+ years experience.

Your knowledge and skills You have professional hands-on experience in developing server-side applications using Kotlin , deploying it toAWS , and using AWS CDK to define the infrastructure. We will be excited if you also have experience withGo , Gradle , and NoSQL . It's expected that you are comfortable and knowledgeable in deploying and managing applications, and infrastructure resources in AWS. In addition, knowledge about working with CI/CD , technologies like GitLab and GitHub . You have experience shipping and operating services in production at scale and comfortable leveragingAI toolsto enhance your productivity and code quality.

You are fluent in English, both written and verbal; Norwegian is a plus. We value relevant higher education but acknowledge that experience can make up for this.
