We are strengthening our HR-organisation in Norway and are looking for an engaged HR-professional to work closely with business leaders and stakeholders in our Norwegian part of the organisation. As an HR Business Partner in Norway, you will be supporting a Business Unit locally by being a trusted advisor for a dedicated number of leaders, enabling them to lead and develop their teams more impactfully. Furthermore, you will support the leaders in their daily personnel-related tasks and facilitate various development activities. In the role you will be an active contributor to the leadership team you become part of, while you closely collaborate with the HR-environment and rest of the organisation, both locally and globally. This means that your day can be filled with the following activities:
-
Ensuring customer-focused and future oriented approach in all you do from both a local and global perspective.
-
Working closely with the Head of the Business Unit you support and bring HR topics to the leadership meetings
-
Creating trusted partnerships with leaders by advising, coaching, and challenge on both strategic and operational level.
-
Executing and driving our yearly HR-activities, including sick-leave follow-up, performance management, leadership development, talent management, annual salary reviews, support on organisational design changes from a Norwegian perspective and more.
-
Executing value-adding HR activities to the business, while ensuring close collaboration with the business to take our culture commitments to the next level.
-
Contribute to driving the Diversity & Inclusion-agenda in Norway.
Throughout all the activities you will be supported by a competent HR-environment. In Norway you will work closely with other HR Business Partners, a Talent Acquisition Partner, local HR Legal specialists and HR Services. Globally, you will have close HR-colleagues working within the same Business Unit as yourself to ensure alignment and collaboration between centralized and decentralized HR-departments. Collectively, you will get a large degree of flexibility in terms of prioritising the needs for your specific business unit, while supporting the overall HR-strategy and building sustainable relationships.

We offer you a high level of responsibility and independency, as well as an inspiring team and opportunities to grow. You will be part of an inclusive work environment where you will contribute to our success. Our hybrid way of working brings flexibility and balance in your daily work.
"In my opinion, one of the best things about being an HR Partner is to work closely with leadership teams based on the Norwegian branch of a large international company. Daily, we are an important sparring partner and advisor for leaders in a very broad area of HR, where we are close to decisions and see the results of the work you do in the organization. It is motivating to be challenged every day, and the position provides room for both personal and professional development» says Marie-Louise Poulsen Holm, HR Business Partner & HR Country Coordinator in Trondheim. Did we catch your interest?Great, we look forward to hearing from you!
