Bar Manager (Full-Time / Permanent)

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Bar Manager to take the reins of our beverage program and lead our front-of-house team. This is a direct-hire, permanent position with an immediate start date. If you have a passion for mixology, a knack for leadership, and a "guest-first" mentality, we want to hear from you.

The Role As our Bar Manager, you won’t just be behind the wood; you’ll be the heartbeat of the venue. You will oversee daily operations, curate an evolving drink menu, and ensure every guest receives a world-class experience.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor bar staff to maintain high service standards.

Inventory & Cost Control: Manage stock levels, perform weekly audits, and maintain healthy pour costs.

Menu Innovation: Design seasonal cocktail programs and curate wine/beer selections.

Compliance: Ensure all health, safety, and liquor license regulations are strictly followed.

Atmosphere Management: Maintain the "vibe"—from lighting and music to resolving guest concerns with grace.

What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a bar leadership or supervisory role.

Availability: Ready to start ASAP. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills: Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and cellar management. Proficiency in POS systems and Excel is a must.

Vibe: A proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and leads by example.
