Outdoor Sales Host

We are looking for an outgoing and service-minded Sales Ambassador for Flåmsbrygga and Mall of Norway in Flåm. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be the face of our businesses, welcoming guests and passers-by. The position is outdoors and is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, working at a fast pace, and having a social workday.

Flåm is one of Norway's most popular travel destinations, located in the spectacular Nærøyfjorden UNESCO World Heritage area. The destination offers a wide range of activities and unforgettable experiences. The Flåmsbrygga concept includes a hotel and three dining venues. Mall of Norway offers clothing from well-known brands as well as souvenirs. Working with us means becoming part of an international, social, and dynamic work environment where quality and teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute flyers featuring promotional offers such as special deals, discounts, and campaigns

• Actively invite guests into our businesses

• Create positive interactions and provide a strong first impression

• Represent our brands in a professional and welcoming manner

• Contribute to a lively atmosphere and strong visibility in outdoor areas

Qualifications

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and positive attitude

• Young at heart and energetic

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Enjoys engaging with people and approaching new guests

• Strong communication skills

• Must be over 25 years old

• Languages: Fluent English required; Spanish and/or Italian or other languages are an advantage

• Has valid work permit in Norway (EU-citizens only)
