Your Mission
We are looking for a Customer Success & Upsales Manager who will play a key role in retaining and expanding our customer base in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. In this role, you’ll be the trusted partner to our customers—ensuring they get maximum value from our Premium Bid Delivery / Supplier Premium Solutions (SPS), renewing their agreements, and uncovering new opportunities for growth.
As our Customer Success & Upsales Manager at Mercell, you will be part of Premium Bid Delivery / SPS team and report to Head of Sales Norway. We are currently organized under the Revenue department, working with new sales and upselling of Mercell's notification services. The Premium Bid Delivery / SPS team is a small but very important team for Mercell. The team works closely with the Nordic teams responsible for selling tender notifications at Mercell.
The Premium Bid Delivery / SPS team consists of specialists responsible for ensuring that customers can see the opportunities for an enhanced solution that supports collaboration and control throughout the bidding process.

Responsible for reducing churn (customer attrition)
Willing to support other departments when needed
Core Responsibilities
Own and manage your individual budget – ensure target achievement through active customer follow-up and upselling.
Upselling and cross-selling – identify and capitalize on new sales and expansion opportunities within existing customers.
Collaborate with other sales departments across countries – ensure seamless information flow and leverage cross-functional sales opportunities.
Proactive customer follow-up – conduct regular status meetings to ensure high usage and perceived value.
Support and follow up with customers – be available for questions, problem-solving, and advisory support.
Churn management – develop and execute initiatives to reduce customer attrition.
Use phone and digital meetings as primary tools – actively leverage these channels for follow-up, sales, and relationship building
Required Qualifications
Ideally 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management (B2B)
Speaks fluent Norwegian and/or Swedish and is proficient in English
Brings a business mindset and spots upselling opportunities before anyone else
Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: Full time
Workplace type: Hybrid remote
