Do you want to be part of Orkla's Amazon team?
The Amazon business in Orkla Health is growing rapidly and has high growth ambitions going forward. In this new and exciting role, we are looking for an analytical, results oriented and ambitious candidate to lead the financial management of Orkla's Amazon business! You will play a key role in ensuring a successful transition from what used to be a small project to what is becoming a scalable business - selling many of Orkla's beloved brands on the biggest marketplaces in the world. Your main areas of responsibility- Manage monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, and external audit processes
- Take ownership of all financial processes, collaborating with both internal and external accountants
- Continuously monitor and analyze the profitability, cost levels, and financial performance of Orkla's Amazon business
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, to monitor stock levels and prevent out-of-stock (OOS) situations
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and facilitate both incoming and outgoing payments
- Oversee Swedish tax reporting and international VAT reporting
- Drive continuous development of financial processes
- Undertake ad-hoc financial and regulatory tasks
In addition to the overall responsibilities above, an important part of the job is to proactively identify commercial improvement areas by delivering actionable insights from the data and analytics available on Amazon and other relevant sources. This is a hands-on, impactful role where you will provide strategic recommendations, monitor cost levels, and contribute to decision-making.
What is your background?- BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
- 1-3 years experience from finance, analysis, controlling, or accounting
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems and Power BI is a great advantage
- Experience from logistics a great advantage, but not a key requirement
- Experience working internationally or cross-border an advantage, but not a requirement
