Valid bus driver license (category D) and valid Kjøreseddel -- mandatory

Hands-on experience or technical understanding of bus operations, maintenance, or fleet management

Strong logistical thinking and ability to troubleshoot in real-time

Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Norwegian

Positive, proactive, and self-driven with a high degree of flexibility

Comfortable using basic digital tools (Excel, email, tracking systems)

Work permit in Norway is a requirement
Arbeidsoppgaver
We are looking for a technically skilled and service-minded Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) based in Oslo. This is a hands-on operational role where you'll support day-to-day logistics, maintenance coordination, and field operations across our Hop On bus network.
To succeed in this role, you need to understand buses, love structure, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You will be working closely with our operations manager and will be a key resource in ensuring our buses and drivers are ready for service.
Your Key Responsibilities:-
Assist COO in operational planning and real-time field support

Coordinate technical issues, service, and maintenance for our fleet

Be present in the field during launch days, incidents, or inspections

Support recruitment and coordination of seasonal drivers

Ensure operational readiness of buses and staff on a daily basis

Step in and drive a bus if needed
