As Aker Solutions’ global recruitment partner NES Advantage is now looking for a Completion: Punch Coordinator for an exciting project at Mongstad .

Work location is primarily Mongstad , with some follow‑up required at Sandsli in Bergen. This is a standard work schedule with a regular 5‑day week.

Aker Solutions take care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions employs approximately 11,000 people in more than 20 countries.

What will you be doing?

• Tracking punch status across all phases of the Mongstad WWTP project

• Following up construction and commissioning teams on site regarding punch status, actions and issues

• Organizing and leading punch meetings with engineering and ensuring follow‑up actions are closed

• Establishing and maintaining guidelines in ProCoSys and Fusion

• Driving punch clearance activities and ensuring efficient coordination across disciplines

We think you should have:

• Experience with completion work and punch handling in Oil & Gas industry (Norway)

• Offshore or site experience is preferred

• Ability to drive processes and coordinate activities efficiently

• Structured mindset with strong data and system skills

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

• You communicate well in Norwegian and English

• Engineer with minimum 3 years of experience, or equivalent experience within completion work

• Must have ProCoSys experience (minimum 2 years)

• Trade certificate or practical background is an advantage
