Kayak and snowshoeing Guide in Lofoten, Norway (winter 2026) part time position 50%

Hi paddlers!

Saga Adventures Lofoten is looking for one nature guide to join the SAGA team as a kayak and snowshoeing guide from February to middle of April 2026 (start and end dates flexible). Possible to stay for the summer season too.

The position is part time from February to middle of April with possibility to extend it some months or even to the summer season (full-time)

The Role:

• Guide half day tours. Kayak tour and winter hike / snowshoeing.

• Work closely together with the owner of the company --- we will guide together most days, sharing tasks, responsibility and the experience.

• Accommodationcould be provided.

We're Looking For:

• A certified kayak guide or have equivalent experience.

• Experience with winters, snow, mountain ...

• Knowledge about Norway, winter, snow, northernlights...

• Good story telling skills

• A plus if you have nature guiding background.

• A big plus if you enjoy skiing --- our staff often goes for a tour after guiding!

• A plus if you like photography.

• Flexible, independent, and team-oriented individual.

• A valid driving licence is a must.
