Hva vi ser etter

• MSc. degree in Metallurgical Process, Material Science, Material Engineering, Chemistry, Battery Materials and Technology, or another relevant fields

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product development, design, metallurgical plant operation, product sales, or material procurement

• An open-minded person with a scientific or engineering background and willing interest in developing commercial skills

• Knowledge of steel, ferroalloy, and aluminum metallurgical processes

• Proven ability to plan and manage resources

• Excellent communication skills and written and spoken language abilities in both English and a Scandinavian language

• Drive Marketing and Sales activities for the promotion of bio-based decarbonization solutions to key stakeholders, such as metallurgical industries and other end user communities

• Facilitate bio-based carbon product development for new high-end industrial sectors and applications

• Participate in process design for bio-based carbon product production facilities
