We are seeking a strategic and digitally fluent Head of Financial Excellence to lead improvements across our global finance functions at Ekornes. As Head of Financial Excellence, you will lead projects to improve systems, processes, tools and ways of working. You will work closely with our finance teams, IT, and leaders across the company. This new role is part of our journey to become more digital, data-driven, and scalable, and offers the opportunity to work across regions, functions and leadership levels.

As Head of Financial Excellence at Ekornes, you will:

• improve and standardise finance processes across countries and teams

• define and implement best-practice standards for operations, reporting and performance tracking

• lead digital projects such as ERP (SAP), automation and system upgrades

• act as process responsible for finance in collaboration with IT and transformation teams

• monitor financial KPIs and service levels to track performance

• work closely with finance business partners, group finance, regional leads and the
  CFO

• challenge the status quo and contribute to a smarter, stronger and more scalable finance function

We are seeking a forward-leaning and experienced finance professional with experience in finance transformation and system improvements, ideally in international companies. You thrive on change, have a sharp eye for both process and people, and know how to build alignment across functions. You combine structure and clarity with energy and drive -- and you are ready to make an impact.

The role reports to the VP of Finance and Accounting, and works closely with the Group CFO, IT and regional finance teams. There is no direct personnel responsibility, but the role holds functional ownership and leads cross-functional improvement initiatives. The position is based in Oslo.
