Nordic Sales Manager - Bislab

As we strengthen our presence across the Nordic region, we're seeking two driven Nordic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and accelerate our growth.
Bislab is a rapidly scaling innovator in credit risk assessment and financial crime prevention, dedicated to creating sophisticated, API-first products tailored for organizations with complex needs.

Your Responsibilities
You'll work closely with our leadership and product teams to:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for market penetration across the Nordics.

Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with target clients.

Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract close.

Align customer needs with Bislab's solutions, ensuring product-market fit.

Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform our roadmap.
We're Looking for People Who:

Have proven B2B sales experience, ideally in technology or financial services.

Possess a strong network in the Nordic region and the ability to open doors quickly.

Are strategic, results-driven, and comfortable managing complex sales cycles.

Excel in relationship building and high-level negotiations.

Are motivated by ownership and the opportunity to shape a scaling company's growth.
