We are looking for a driven and digitally skilled individual to help take our digital platforms, tools, and strategy to the next level. You will play a key role in managing digital initiatives across our global organization, contributing to innovation and smarter ways of working -- especially within new energies and the offshore wind sector.

This position is part of the growing Oglaend Digital Team, based at our headquarters, but with a global reach. We support and empower our worldwide organization through cutting-edge digital tools, AI-driven solutions, and best practices -- helping teams across the globe learn, work, and succeed more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and steer digital projects from concept to implementation -- ensuring delivery on scope, progress, cost, and quality.

• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including digital platform providers.

• Support in the identification, consolidation, and realization of digital opportunities -- turning scattered needs into actionable initiatives with organizational buy-in.

• Understand business needs and pain points across functions; identify gaps, evaluate the value of closing those gaps, and prioritize actions accordingly.

• Contribute to the long-term digital vision and continue evolving our digital ecosystem in alignment with company goals.

• Bridge business needs with technical requirements -- translating user needs into structured solutions.

• Understand digital systems architecture and basic coding principles to better guide development direction.

• Maintain strong relationships with digital suppliers and support ongoing improvement processes.

• Champion a culture of digital learning, curiosity, and innovation.

Qualifications & Personal Attributes

• Relevant higher education; engineering and digital competence is a strong advantage.

• Demonstrated experience in digital project management, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and matrix teams.
