Best Arctic is looking for a highly organized and proactive Product and Sales Coordinator to manage product development, supplier relationships, contract management, and sales support. The ideal candidate will oversee the creation, pricing, and availability of products while ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. This role also includes responsibilities in marketing support and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Product Management:-
Develop, manage, and follow up on products to ensure they align with business goals.

Request, negotiate, and finalize pricing and bookable products for seasonal manuals.

Create and update product manuals for different seasons using Canva.

Establish and maintain supplier communication, ensuring product updates and that information is properly distributed.

Conduct pre- and post-sales marketing analysis and assist in marketing adjustments.

Deliver & develop training programs to team members on product offerings, internal systems, and best practices.

Finalize and utilize sales reports for performance tracking.

Provide updates and content for tourism newsletters and industry communication.

Track, coordinate and participate in industry workshops and meetings.

Generate offers and contracts for B2B partners.

Coordinate and provide support to the Marketing Department on B2B promotional materials such as flyers, roll-ups, and banners for trade fairs.

Develop content for our sales channels.

Assist in prioritizing and showcasing products in our sales channels.

Review blog articles, flyers, and other marketing materials before publication.

Conduct periodic audits on our sales channels.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Experience in product development, supplier relations, or tourism industry operations.

Familiarity with booking systems, pricing strategies, and contract management.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Fluent in English both written and spoken.

Data analysis skills to track sales performance and make informed decisions.

Ability to work independently while ensuring cross-functional coordination.
