For our department in Sandnessjøen, we are looking for a practical and dedicated driver/operator who wants to join our team at SAR.

SAR AS is a specialist in recycling and recovery solutions. We offer our customers a complete range of services within Waste Chain Management (WCM®). With over 30 years of experience, we provide consulting, waste handling, and processing at our own facilities along the entire Norwegian coastline.

In this position, you will have a varied and hands-on workday, where you will:

• Take part in daily operations at the facility

• Drive trucks and perform assignments with a vacuum truck (sludge truck)

• Work at our tank facility, including receiving and delivering waste to vessels

• Analyze and handle various types of waste

• Contribute to the maintenance and follow-up of the tank facility and treatment plant

• Work at the treatment facility where drilling cuttings are processed, including receiving inspections and emptying load carriers

You will receive internal training for all tasks related to the position.

This is a role where you use both your hands and your head, becoming part of a team that works every day to turn waste into valuable resources.
