Element Logic is looking for a Tax Manager who wants to combine professional development with increased responsibility over time. This is an opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in the field -- and a passion for developing their skills further in an international growth company.

As our new Tax Manager, you will be responsible for the group’s tax-related activities -- from compliance and reporting to strategy and risk management. You will work independently, make decisions, and be a key sparring partner for management. Over time, the role can expand with additional areas of responsibility, in line with both the company’s and your own development.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and deadlines.

• Develop and improve tax strategies and processes.

• Provide professional advice to internal departments on tax and VAT matters.

• Manage tax audits and communication with authorities.

• Identify and mitigate tax risks.

• Maintain and govern the group’s legal organizational chart.

We are looking for someone who

• Has higher education in law, taxation, economics, or finance.

• Has experience from a similar role or tax advisory services.

• Has knowledge of both direct and indirect taxation.

• Works independently, takes initiative, and enjoys making decisions.

• Is ambitious, eager to learn, and wants to take on more responsibility over time.
