As Aker Solutions’ global recruitment partner NES Advantage is now looking for: Timekeeper with experience in onshore or offshore projects.
The project is led fromStord.
Aker Solutions’ New Build segment delivers oil & gas and renewables offshore developments and fabrication products, mainly focused on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and selective international markets. The segment is responsible for large EPCI projects, both within oil and gas and renewables, including business development and project execution, typically large topsides including fixed or floating substructures, onshore facilities, FPSOs offshore wind HVDC topside and jackets, offshore aquaculture floaters and decommissioning and recycling.
What will you be doing?-
Acquire knowledge of contracts and governing documents related to time registration activities.

Register work hours in accordance with applicable agreements, regulations, and contracts.

Monitor the quality of timesheets.

Implement and execute necessary corrective actions to ensure proper time registration.

Ensure quality in work plans before registering work hours.

Ensure that the correct purchase order (PO) is used for external personnel.

Follow up to ensure that all work hours are registered in the cost control system.

Assist the Manager of Time and Payroll in verifying that all missing work hours are in accordance with the work plan.

Experience in working with time/payroll or accounting is an advantage.

Minimum 2 years of economic education (can be compensated with equivalent relevant practice).

Accuracy and numerical understanding.

Solution-oriented approach.

Good teamwork skills.

Ability to take initiative and work independently.

Fluency in English and Norwegian, both verbal and written.
